I’m going to eat healthy so i need some good recipes. I’m allergic to all nuts and i don’t eat fish or beef. I love chicken, pasta, cheese, and ground turkey. I eat hot sauce on pretty much anything. Im a teen so i have to have something easy to bring to school for lunch as well.

Look on the Taste of Home website or the Live Well Network website. Both offer healthy recipe choices. Tast of Home has even published a diet cookbook of comfort foods (so it definitely includes pastas). I’ve personally cooked many of the recipes from it and loved the results.
